He was a very beautiful man..I read biography about him a year or so back and he had a hard life, but a brilliant career...

So this thread is for a very talented man who shouldn't be forgotten...

i have vague memories of river phoenix...but i have watched my own private idaho (with keanu) and stand by me. he's pretty good. i have also read somewhere that he was also a friend of johnny depp's.

I always liked River in Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade (he played young Indy). What a stupid, sad way for that kid to die, ODing on Halloween in front of The Viper Room. (That is how he died right? :confused: )
