i have been doing situps... and push ups... but i wasn't doing it for like a year until i re-started last week so i got weak and today i tried push ups again and I couldn't do it

It's like a dagger went through my heart.

I just took out the trash, and MAN was it heavy. It was a lot of kitty poo. Like 100 pounds of kitty poo and kitty litter. I couldn't even lift the bag!
