October 29, 200916 yr I love reading stories like these. The health-care bill is to be paid by a 5.7% federal surtax on those making more than $500,000 and couples making more than $1,000,000. Hopefully once inflation hits and this includes a lot of new "millionaire" small-business owners, many of them will consider leaving the US altogether. I've never seen a country shoot itself in the foot so effectively. Oh wait, strike that, England.
