Washed Out

Anyone else into his music? I've been a huge fan for a while now.

Washed Out is the stage name of musician Ernest Greene. In June 2009, Greene moved back home to the rural town of Perry, Georgia and started producing songs in his bedroom studio. He soon won the favor of a number of influential music bloggers after they found his music on his MySpace page. His style has been identified with the "chillwave" movement. The first two EPs(Life of Leisure and High Times) were released in August and September 2009.

EDIT: I can't believe I didn't see this thread already.

Nice! I'd love to see him live. :surprised:

"Washed Out's debut album Within and Without, due July 12 from Sub Pop in the U.S. and Weird World/Domino internationally, has a pretty, um, eye-catching cover." That's the least we could say yeah. I'm personnally loving this smoking hot cover.

Have you heard the new track?

Enjoyable track but I expected something more. We'll see what the rest of the album has to offer !
