My band and I are playing a benefit concert in March and we've come across this song we would like to perform.

As it isn't a well known band I can't find much online. Secondly, I've been playing guitar for a while, however, I'm not too crash hot at tabbing out music. So what i'm asking is if anyone can tab out both the lead guitar part and the bass guitar part. If you could tab it into Guitar Pro or Power tab I'd be very grateful.
