  1. Was that directed at me or loco23?
  2. Nice. I recently bought a Telecaster Thinline Deluxe in sunburst. Tell me what you think of my tone in this Don't Panic cover:
  3. You'll probably have to go to eBay.
  4. Here you go: http://www.guitar-rigs.com/artists/b/buckland-jonny.html Quite correct, just has a few incorrect images attached to the pedal names. Hope it helps though.
  5. There's one on Ebay at the moment: http://cgi.ebay.com/EPIPHONE-GENESIS-ELECTRIC-GUITAR-CASE-/140423347185?cmd=ViewItem&pt=Guitar&hash=item20b1e23bf1
  6. by synth you mean that bassy sound starting at 0:16?
  7. No worries man :-) Back to your original question. Really any sort of Reverb will allow for that 'alternative' sound. It's just when you want to get a really really complex/unique tone like Jonny do you want to have a BOSS RV-5 or RV-5 at hand. Really my cover of AROBTTH isn't the closest to his sound. However, I guess that's why it's a cover. That being said, Tyler (TyM218) I reckon you'd get a much closer sound to the Live 2003 version of AROBTTH using the RV-5 on Modulation setting. Have you experimented at all?
  8. That 'Kid' is me! :wacky: There I'm actually using a Digitech Reverb on Hall setting. On my channel I have an older cover of the same song. In that cover I'm using the Behringer Reverb with a Hall reverb.
  9. you mean in The Scientist? If so, yes he does, take a look here. You can clearly see Jonny bending at 3:47 onwards. [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bwV82-WCavY]YouTube- COLDPLAY - The Scientist (Live Storytellers)[/ame]
  10. After hearing that I can really appreciate the pedal! It's got a much better tone than my Digitech Reverb IMO anyways.
  11. maybe i'll post a video :)
  12. hahaha, in that case my band would now be called 'Steve Trout' :laugh3::laugh3:
  13. agreed. In other shows from the Viva tour you can clearly hear the delay used on this riff.
