I think I'll go with Violet Hill because the band have talked about it before, so I'll be able to connect it with that :shrug:

I told my teacher that I had a whole bunch of songs to choose from, and I kinda wanted him to help me choose (because he knows what topics we'll cover throughout the year that I can relate back to the song)..but he said it was up to me. :dozey:

if it's between those two, definitely violet hill. Glass of water has no depth whatsoever besides a line about leaders saying nothing at all.

Yes, that's true. I was stuck on the lines about heaven and the "hollowest of halos".

Violet Hill was the first song that popped into my head when we were given the project...so maybe it's some sort of signal to go with my instinct :laugh3:
