February 18, 201016 yr is there such a thing? :shifty: my mum wants me to stop using the computer so much, due to some radiation thingy. so i'm thinking of getting an mp3 player, but she does not like me with those ear plugs in my ear, it might damage my hearing. so, is there? :nice:
February 18, 201016 yr there's this one with a built in one http://reviews.cnet.com/mp3-players/samsung-yp-k5-4gb/4505-6490_7-32057242.html :nice: but if i was you, i'd buy a better one and speakers for it.
February 18, 201016 yr Author buy speakers for an mp3 player? what do you mean? sorry, i'm really technologically disable. more than you can imagine.
February 18, 201016 yr They're speakers that would plug in to the earphone socket on your mp3 player. or if you were going to get an ipod, you could get an apple ipod dock, but it would only fit apple ipods then.
February 18, 201016 yr Author :surprised: does the mp3 player + the speaker cost much? btw, i like yr avatar! :awesome:
February 18, 201016 yr there's apple ipod, which vary depending on what you want http://www.apple.com/asia/ipod/compare-ipod-models/ but there's loads of brands, creative, sony, samsung.. all about 100 to 200 dollars /euro. depending on space and if you get video or extras. Good Speakers are also about 100 to 200 euros/dollars. But you could get some for about 50 too. And thank you :D
February 18, 201016 yr wow, that exchange rate is really high. Look around anyways, you might find something.
February 18, 201016 yr Author my country is not really good in terms of money power. lulz. thanks for your help. :nice: I have one with speakers ! He's good ! really ! :D :surprised: can you tell me about it? :D i'm really desperate. first time i'm doing so much work finding out about technology. :shame:
February 18, 201016 yr 1st: That radiation thingy is bullshit. 2nd: It's pretty easy to adapt a TRS cable (or even a cheap earplug) to be connected directly to standard speakers. Cut the TRS cable (or cheap earplug) and you'll have two tiny little cables inside it: usually , the white one carries the positive part of the left channel and the red one carries the positive part of the right channel. And you'll have tiny little copper wires around the tiny little cables. They carry the negative part of its cables' channel (and also work as Faraday cages). Just plug each cable to its respective plug in the speakers and be happy!
February 19, 201016 yr Author :surprised: thanks for the advice! :D and i especially like the first advice. :P
February 19, 201016 yr Ear buds can only really damage your hearing if you listen to music for a long period of time (3 hours) or if you listen to them extremely loud. I would just use the buds that come with the I Pod and just use them a little bit through out the day ;)
February 19, 201016 yr Author my mum totally disapproves of ear plugs. she wants me to know what's going on outside. :shifty:
