Does anyone know the notes for the intro of this song on piano? Thanks.

I did start to work this out for you but really you could just do it for yourself.

 

Here's what I did, had a quick search on youtube adding the words piano and guitar, the went to http://www.ultimate-guitar.com, downloaded a tab and started writing down the notes.

Tbh i don't know how to read tab. I already tried figuring out the notes by ear but what i found didn't seem correct. And i also searched for covers of this song on youtube but i can't see the keys clearly. That's why i need your help.
