Yeah he attended a Celtic football match here in Glasgow recently and sat next to some guy in a wheelchair. Returned to Glasgow 3 weeks ago to open his Pretty Green store on Ingram Street and by coincidence came across the same guy on the street and stopped and talked to him. The fact he recognised him as well shows his decency. I doubt any other high profile rock stars like himself would have done the same.

I think sibling rivalry is the thing with Noel and Liam. I know a band has to have different points of view and different ideas to stay dynamic but the members of Coldplay do not have big egos, and that is one of the 42 reasons I love them!!;

Someone can be happy and argue at the same time. . . like me and my brother. Just because we fight doesn't mean we hate each other or are depressed or anything, it's just what happens when people live/work together for a long amount of time.

So in conclusion Liam Gallagher is in fact a lovely guy and largely misunderstood due to his public image. In private though - what a guy!

Up until last December I would have dismissed this as the collective Coldplaying "let's beat up on Guy" syndrome!

 

Then at TOTP I saw his sulky performance first hand: his storming off without saying hi to anyone (unlike the other 3) and his not bowing to the audience either. The "bad vibes" Chris was referring to?

 

And whilst Chris has proved himself more than capable of fighting on a number of occassions, the mind boggles to think of Guy doing so!

It's true he sometimes seems a bit apart from the others :\ But I'm not sure it's what they meant by "bad vibes"...

And I've already heard a few times about him not being really nice to fans, but I don't think he's like "oh lets just piss the fans off today !". It just seems he has some trouble to deal with this whole "fame" stuff.

It's all another debate though... ;)
