I'm sinking but I'm not sunk,

Reeling but I'm not drunk,

The ship's at bay, but as they say,

"I've not yet begun to fight!"

 

Bleeding but I'm not bled,

Im dying but I'm not dead.

If you think you've seen the last of me,

Get someone to check your head!

 

The fight is far from lost,

"Deep roots aren't touched by frost"

And mine will hold through fire and cold

Or whatever else you try.

 

Comebacks aren't unreal

And I won't strike a deal

To end this with a compromise

Or fake it with a steal.

 

So why don't you listen up,

You cowardly cur, you pup,

I'm going to win and you will spend,

The rest of your days in shame.

 

And so "the die is cast,"

I'll fight this to the last,

And "my spell my rebel yell"

Will echo in future's past!
