Gnocchi is the best! There's nothing else that tastes quite like it (I think cause of the potatoes). And you're right, it fills you up so easily! Yum Yum!:D

The first time I actually had it was this Easter in England at an Italian restaurant, right after attending the same church service that the Queen was at. I fell in love with it! It's especially good with pesto. You get your fluffy little pillows of paradise, with the subtle crunch of the pine nuts in the pesto...ahhh...it's so amazing!
