you're lucky when you find an employer who's willing to give you a chance, some are not and the situation is different everywhere

 

As for overqualification, that is very true, as long as I stopped including all my certs and degrees in my resume I started to get more replies from employers (both positive and negative though:)

Guess that's true. When I was in Oklahoma and looking for any job just to get some income in. One place was surprised i had a resume. "I've never seen one of those before".....I was sad.
