It almost sounds the same played forwards and backwards. In the main part you can almost hear the melody. In the "Light through the viens" part, it sounds even more the same when you play it backwards and forwards.

Eh, not really. The melody is completely different backwards.

totally different, but to be honest i'd expected Mylo Xyloto album to sound kinda like the backward melody, but so far it hasn't.

Ever so slightly similar but thats probably the deception of your ears as you re aware of the song in its correct format

If you listen at 2:46 it sounds a lot the same as it is played forwards.
