That last few line is not apart of live is for living

I think you're referring to the addition which Chris makes to Life is for Living. As far as I know it's not another song, but just extra lyrics which were never included on the studio version.

Its really cool coz they showed Gwyneth and she was singing along to it. And im pretty sure that the addition is recent...
