What song did Chris write for Rihanna?

Featured Replies

I have been wondering about this since reading it in an article somewhere. I can't remember which article, but when asked about why he picked Rihanna to duet with over Beyonce or someone else. Chris mentioned that he had written a song for Beyonce and her managmenet didn't use it, but he wrote one for Rihanna and she did use it.

After hearing the cover of We Found Love I wondered if it was that one. Any ideas?

Hate to open a can of worms, but if he is talking about PoC, that would mean somewhere out there is a song meant to be a duet with Beyonce. Unless he was just joking. You never can tell....

Oh, I presumed he was talking about another song altogether different from PoC. That he wrote and Rihanna performed all by herself. Now it makes sense though...I must have misread the article. Thanks folks! :)

I don't think he was talking about a duet, but rather a song written for Beyonce alone. I can't wait to hear her side of the story. I just don't see how she would just point blank reject a Chris Martin song. There's gotta be more to it.
