Officials in California have confirmed Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin are married. A slew of rumors surfaced after the weekend, claiming the expectant showbiz couple had tied the knot at the San Ysidro Ranch in Santa Barbara on Friday, after applying for a marriage license. However, the publicity-shy pair's representatives refused to confirm or deny the rumors. But on Wednesday, a county clerk-recorder's office confirmed the nuptials. A spokesperson said, "The only thing that I can say is that they are married but we cannot say the date or where it happened." Paltrow's agent Stephen Huvane said the couple - who announced last week they are expecting their first child - had no comment to make.
