Also you can always ask The Oracle about it. http://www.unitedcenter.com/ContactUs.asp I don't mean to be judgmental, but in my opinion, proposals and getting engaged are very subtle and private matters and I don't think the best idea is to do it in public, especially on concert, in front of thousands of people. I don't mean to be insensitive or non supportive. If you think this is the way you want it, then go for it. Just take a moment to reconsider. I am also attending this concert. Which day are you doing?
April 4, 201214 yr Contacting the venue is definitely your best bet. When I saw Muse in Anaheim, a couple was able to propose on stage before the show too. (so it wasn't WITH the band) I don't know if every arena would allow such a thing, but if you want any shot at it at all, you need to ask the venue, preferably ASAP so they have plenty of notification. So on stage with Coldplay is out of the question I'm afraid.
