Can someone vectorize the running man image?

Hey everyone, I just bought a new car, and the first thing i want to do is add a little personal identity to it...

 

So i want to make a bumper sticker to cut out the running man.

 

Could someone vectorize this image and put it in a pdf or normal vectorized file? Thanks so much! It's attached.
