Some bits in the 2011 animated feature 'Mars Needs Moms' remind me of MX. Am I seeing things the wrong way or am I on to something? I want to know what you think.

The movie's striking relation to MX:

1.) The main character's name is Milo.

2.) 'Set' in Mars, the aliens look a tad like 'Mylo' in the Mylo Xyloto comic book. (Okay maybe Martians/aliens are depicted the same way over and over again.)

3.) The colors & vibe in this photo (of Milo and Ki) ring a bell. See for yourself.

4.) Ki, an "optimistic Martian girl", likes to paint elaborate GRAFFITI on the walls of Mars (a planet devoid of color, emotion, and anything fun). In the picture, Ki accidentally painted on Milo's spacesuit while doing a graffiti on an enormous wall in secret.

I've never seen the movie but that pic definitely reminds me of MX :nod:
