I like how coldplay always add new sounds,dulcimers or huge bells it always sounds good with the songs.I have some trouble getting what was used for Ink and True Love,so if someone knows please tell.Also share what impressed you in terms of writing in GS.Btw between Oceans and ASFOS there were bells right ,like church bells amirite?

Church bells, yes. Sounding very similar to the ones used in the beginning of Pink Floyd's "Fat Old Sun" and "High Hopes", in fact!
