Can we send it to the bakery? or another address?

I know on the Coldplay website it says to just write an email to them but I've been there, done that.

Or if there is no postal address does the bakery have an letter box or someone i could knock and hand it to?

Nope, there's only the email address. I think The Bakery does have a letter box but it isn't meant to be flooded with letters from fans. It's their workplace.
