Welcome back everyone! We have had over 2 days of downtime, mainly on the forums. This was initially due to a lag issue where a process in the database placed a huge load on the servers and while the forums and partially the main sites were offline, I decided to update much of the back end of Coldplaying with the help of our veteran (:P) technical admin, Stephen/tifosi who did a fantastic job. It was a major update that caused a lot of downtime but its one for the future server performance and better to get it out of the way with a few shows on the horizon!

 

Thank you for your patience Coldplayers! We are keeping an eye out on the site performance over the coming weeks. I will post to this thread for any further maintenance required but it should all be smooth sailing now!

Around an hour of downtime just now. Some maintenance and looking into a problem a few users are having with new posts showing and the notifications.

The servers are like a yo yo at the moment and they are having a unresponsive period or two daily, it's been worked on. Given time, it should be back to normal soon :)
