what do you guys think I Ran Away is about? i used to think it was about a girl, but the more i listen to it, it sounds like its a song about God. whats your opinion?

I think it can really work both ways, I personaly relate it to my life and how I feel about one of my good guy friends, I just started liking him a little while ago and I get shy around him and whenever I see him, I'll turn the other way to avoid him, and so a lot of the parts in the song get to me.

When I read your post jocole37 I listened to the song with that thought in my head and it does make sense, it really could be about god as well

This song is great, but you really can't say what its REALLY about, cuz, as Chris said himself, he likes the listeners to interpret what its about themselves, and make the songs relate to them. But personally, I think he's singing about a girl. God, I love this song...
