I am really curious about that connection between Coldplay, Jay Z and Beyonce..looking back, they`ve never had anything in common: so different music styles,so different persons...How come they became so close when they really are so different in every sense? Do you have any idea or information?

I think it's a simple story. Chris met Jay-Z (presumably at a party of some sort) and thought he was a pretty cool guy so they became friends. Beyonce is Jay-Z's wife, so he probably got to know her because pf Jay-Z. It's more a matter of friends than a grand connection if you ask me.

I think Jay Z and Chris met and they just clicked on a personal level I guess? I mean its really no different than hooking up with a work colleague outside work and finding out you have good chemistry as friends :)

This is pretty much what I meant to say. Except this one is alot more nicely written and less confusing haha :)

Haha thank you guys. I still can't understand it. Why? Because of different personalities and messages they send to the world. Chris being surrounded with colorful flowers and angel wings all the time,talking about forgivness and love,having soft and gentle videos and Jay and B.tottaly different,I would say even opposite to Chris and Coldplay. I liked Jay and B very much long before Coldplay even showed up in public,but right because of Coldplay I stopped liking them so much because Coldplay offered the music and lifestyle that I wished so much,but there were no musicians who

gave such positive,warm and human view of the world.

I dont like Jay Z or Beyonce music (except perhaps one or two tracks) , but I dont think the music necessarily always reflects the person in all his/her facets, but only some parts. In their private lives I am sure they are multifaceted people like we all are :) I dont know their music much so I cant comment any further :)

I remember an interview comment of Jay-Zs (who used to have a rough past, I believe) saying that if he had come across Chris during his days of criminal activity he would have ruthlessly robbed him on the street :D
