My coldplay collection is almost complete.

 

I lack a few key songs, namely;

 

A good copy of "solid ground" and "proof"

An acoustic version of "warning sign"

The tracks from the Oasis duet gig (fairplay 2002) other than "live forever" and "yellow"

"Gothic Romance" (if indeed it does exisit and isn't just a figment of my imagination, which I suspect it to be. It's listed on http://www.letssingit.com)

"Streets Of Baltimore" (simply refuses to show up on Kazaa although I know there is an MP3 of it ciculating somewhere)

 

If any one could supply me with or point me towards any of these I'll do my uptmost best to get you a track you might need. So it's a trade off really. I'll accept files by email or by links.

after a bit off intense googlin' I managed to scourage up this site, http://www.geocities.com/audiothief/coldplay.html they are serving up zip fileso f a lot of rare coldplay stuff in .rm format (real player) some good stuff there. I'll get to work on coding them to MP3. in the mean time enjoy this site - any further help would be smashing.

"Gothic Romance"? I never heard of that song......and you say that song is from Coldplay??????? I have "Streets of Baltimore" ........

Weird...yeah, I never heard of that one either. :huh:

yeah it's a bit of an ambiguos one , I've seen the lyrics listed on a few sites and on winamp generated play lists. I wonder if it's a cover or something from a similar band.

 

and no I'm not a massive radio head fan, but Kudos to them for being massively successful and making music as accomplished as they do.

unnervingly it seems it is a Cradle of filth track. Heavens knows why coldplay would cover it. I can only assume all the lyrics sites leech off each other, and so one made the error and the rest followed suit. Still it would be interesting if such a thing did exist. :huh:

i have an acoutic version of warning sign and streets of baltimore and i'm not sure, but was the song "stop me" performed at the fairplay gig? because i have that.

 

but there's a problem with my computer at the moment and any time we try to put on the d drive (where are my songs are) it always freezes.

 

so i don't know when i could send them. :confused:

yeah I only actually need the acoustic version of warning sign now any way. then I pretty much have everything I want. If anyone can get that to me that'd be cracking.

as I said it's a cradle of filth track. easily available on kazaa. I wouldn't recommend it to any one though. It's balls. As far as I know (aside from speculation) it's not a coldplay track. sorry! :huh:

Since you have a pretty complete collection, Xero, would you mind posting what the best way to go about getting most of Coldplay's songs is? For example, is it necessary to buy all of the singles and EPs, or since some of them overlap, which ones should I get?
