i used to walk about a mile in northern new hampshire snow...it was fun, i thought...at least at that time.

though i do remembered cracked lips and frozen nostrils and bitter cold air blowing specially on a clear day (it's less cold when it's cloudy/snowy)

Yeah I was out helping my dad for a little while because he was just about killing his back trying to lift the snow. :confused:

I actually used to own some pink and white ones when I was a kid... :embarrased: They did the job though...

 

When we got snowed in...I tried walking to the end of the street...it was fun! :lol:

gosh...all this reminds me of new hampshire. the shoveling of front driveway, walking in snow, taking the dog for a walk...the half-frozen river i'd pass on the way to work...the snow-capped White Mountains (we were in the valley)....
