i had the WORST english teacher. she doesn't give part marks on anything. its either you PASS or FAIL and...mostly everyone fails because no one can reach her expectations because she doesn't tell us what she expects us to do, and its not like we can read her mind.

and if you ask her what alliteration is, she writes it on the board the points to it. explaining nothing.

greenspan's only being realistic, but it's hard. it's such a difficult issue because the government has been mismanaging things a bit.
