someone here was interested in string thory a while back...well, i just read some news on it and thot i'd share. the article is quite readable, even for the uninitiated in theoritcal science.

no way! Star Wars is all fantasy and half-baked ideas :dozey:

 

Star Trek is actually based on some futuristic science :smug: and yeah...it's sci-fi, but it glorified engineers like ER and every other damn show glorified doctors...so i totally love it :cool:

but I think I"ll always like Star Trek over Star Wars...no comparison! Star Trek may not have the 'star power' and the big budget...but its stories are definitely way more believable and interesting! :smug:
