Ah, you could use a program called BSplay. it's easy cos you just have to press "'p" to take a still... or you could use powerdvd. its easy too, you just have to click on the capture frame icon.

But if you dont have these programs, i think you can also take stills pressing that "print screen/sys req" on your keyboard, then go to paintbrush and paste the still there.

I'm glad he told ya, cuz I didn't know.
