Best thread campaign. A plea to you all....

 

Nearly 18 months ago a thread was started, a thread to help six desperate people lost, alone and confused, it was named JoMiFiKiRenAli:

 

Josce is a cowgirl who has lost her horse, she wanders day and night looking for Carpet the horse, but he's nowhere to be found, not even in the kitchen drawer or under the bed. People think she's crazy and call her 'Crazy Carpet girl" but she's not, she's not I tell thee. We're the only ones who understand.

 

Mimi is a normal girl on the outside, but she's hiding a deep, dark secret addiction that's ruining her life. You see Mimi is addicted to spoons. She can only eat food that requires the use of a spoon. Her mealtimes consist of yogurts, rice pudding and soup, it's the same thing day in, day out and all she really wants is a bag of prawn cocktail Walkers. She's tried to eat them on a spoon, by God she has but they keep FALLING OFF :bigcry:

 

Fifi is a Power Ranger, she was chosen when she was only 4 and has been in training ever since. She was Fiona the Off-White Power Ranger, she worked so hard on the contume, picking from over 200 different shades of off-white, then she turned up for work looking a vision in her costume to find that...that...that they had decided they only wanted Power Rangers who were primary colours, plus a pink one. Oh how Fifi cried. And she can't let go....she still tries to morph into a big robot, but she always ends up as a cheese grater.

 

Kirsten tells all her friends she works in a clothes shop for extra cash, she will never tell which one though because it's a LIE. Kirsten is in college, she needs the money for books and other educational crap. She has to do what she does, SHE HAS TO. So don't judge her when I tell you that she really works...as a footstool for a wealthy old woman. She used to deliver papers to Mrs. Scrunchbottom, but soon the old lady gave Kirsten an offer she couldn't refuse:

"Kirsten dear, I am getting old, my feet aren't what they were, I need to rest them at the end of the day. The problem is I'm allergic to small pieces of furniture. I need you Kirk to be my footstool and I'm willing to pay you SIX sausages and hour...." How could she refuse? How could she?

 

Ren is a popular boy, you all know him. He makes friends with everyone and has a large thread of his own. However what he doesn't tell you is that he's committed a crime. A crime he has gotten away with so far, a crime he fears will catch up with him and put him away. He is terrified of people finding out and disowning him. You see when Ren was a very, very, very small boy, he was out with his Aunt Flo shopping. Flo parked his pram by the fruit section and went to get a cucumber. Whilst she was gone little boy Ren picked a single grape from the bunch and.......ate it!!!! When Flo returned she could tell her nephew had done something unspeakably bad...but he wouldn't tell, and never would.

 

Ali has a phobia, but not any old phobia, not spiders, or heights, or flying. But a different phobia, one that affects her life majorly. You see Ali is afraid of pants. Yes that's right pants. She can only wear skirts and dresses and in the winter her legs get...COLD! Once they were so cold that she got goosepimples :/ It's soooooooooo sad, she has to walk around with a water bottle taped to each leg and people call her names like "Water bottle legs". :bigcry:

 

This thread is their only lifeline, a collection of people sooo weird that they make each other feel better about being such freaks. This award funds our advertising, without this award JoMiFiKiRenAli will go bust and these people will have nowhere to go.

 

Please help these poor people....it's your duty as a human. Thank you

i bet the idea of the video was EMI's or whoever's and Coldplay just got a lot of money and made this video,it's very not coldplayish :/

No. Maybe they're ready to move. Maybe they've decided to sort of bring X&Y (which is not considered their best album) to a close and shart on something fresh and new.

 

They'll prob be back with a new album and kick ass videos in a few years :D

i really hope so :nice: and i hope they'll make their decissions ownself,i can hardly believe this video was their idea...
