c_tietze
I have a reallly good video of Chris playing the Scientist at a radio station. One chord eludes me, mainly because it seems to difficult to fret. First, retune high e to c. The first chord appears to be a Dm played at : c-0 B-10 G-10 D-12 A-12 E-10 - or - c-0 B-9 G-9 D-11 A-11 E-9 Is either chord correct and how can you fret this chord without muting the open c? Anyone have any tab ideas or could anyone correct me? Thanks. If you would like to watch the video goto http://www.dmbvideos.com and download it. glking
THe first one you have there is correct. the 10/12 deal. it;s like a power chord, only he uses his thumb for the E string with all chords. that way you wont mute the c. hope this helps. Geel
anytime you have a problem with Coldplay chords, try using your tumb for the E string Chris uses his tumb for a lot of chords
