Yes, same here... If everything works well we might be queuing early together :) Hm, I personally have seen a lot of tickets being offered at face value here on the forum by other fans who can't go, for various shows in 2016. So if you want a regular standing place, I'd tend to say (don't nail me to it !) that it's not hard to get one later even if the show is sold out. Especially if you just want one or two tickets. The reverse is true as well however - if you buy now and discover soon enough that you can't go, I am sure if you list it here or on ebay etc. you will find a seller, because tickets at or near face value are always highly sought after. So, up to you to decide ;) Funnily, in July I had both situations. I spontaneously decided like two/three days before that I will travel to NYC to attend the first MetLife show, and I had no trouble to find tickets offered at face value here on Coldplaying. Two weeks later I had to sell a ticket that was meant for someone who should've accompanied me to the show ai originally wanted to go to, and I listed it at face value here and on Twitter and I promptly found a buyer. About meeting people: Yeah, I have to say I'm equally looking forward to finally meeting some Coldplaying users in real life as to the show itself ! It will be wonderful to finally be able to have a nerdy conversation about Coldplay with peoplw who have the same (or even higher ;)) level of fandom as one has !

I am so happy and excited today because I bought a Coldplay ticket for 2017. I am as excited as if it was tomorrow and can't stop thinking of it ! Got to keep reminding myself it is nine months away...!!!

Cool ! Neither mine nor my dad's credit card, which I had borrowed as a backup were accepted. Not by Ticketmaster, but the bank kept denying the transactions, for security reasons ! I tried mine one time too many and now got my card blocked for all further online transactions. Ooops ! :D Really don't know why because we both used these cards for online payments in past years.

OK, I just had lots of trouble with the payment because one payment method after the other was refused...took me ages to get it ! But now I got what I wanted - Innenplatz Stehraum in Frankfurt ! I'll be there, woohoo ! :bliss:

Oh dear, I'm still only 40% on that circle :( I thought 10 am meant 10 am and I think last year it was like that, at least for the american tickets.

Canada has been confirmed by Chris. A second wave for the US has not officially been confirmed, but seems obvious given that they left out large parts of the US where they have played in all major previous tours. So I think it's not official yet, but 99,999 % likely. :)

Maybe we can all queue together @Nie @flockofbirds222. Then at least the queuing would be great fun and pass quicker ! I will go for a GA ticket as well. I think it must be horrible to queue so many hours as a single person anyway...

I don't know for sure, but I presume you can still try to get to the front by queuing up early. Depending on how many VIP tickets they sell, you may actually get to the barrier, but maybe at the far side of it...I don't know. Damn, I would really have loved to be at the front for a full show once...I think I still have a chance if I start queuing now *goes off to start queuing now* :escaping2:

It's awful to see what these ticket companies charge for a simple letter ! And that's probably even without "order processing fee", "service fee" and all that...
