It's someone who is on this forum as well... Generally speaking (and this is not a personal attack by any means) I have to admit I'm not a fan of this type of 'teasing'. If you know something and wanna say something, then say it. If you know something and you're not gonna say it, then just don't say anything at all. This way of "yeah I know something but I can't really tell, but you'll like the first single, but I should delete this etc" is just driving people crazy and creates much ado about...nothing.

Don't be too hard on yourself. One thing I learnt in therapy (and which I still find hard to accept, but one has to) is that just because you may "explode" sometimes and don't, by your own standards, live up to your best behaviour, that doesn't make you a bad person.

Ironically, it came right when the other members of the band, who we know are less 'driven' than Chris when it comes to starting songs, were beginning to take their well-deserved rest. So we know it's not true They did record something together in studios in Paris as per Guy's and Davide's IG posts during summer. But that might have been for Los Unidades.

I hear you and you are not alone with those feelings. Been going through similar stuff, and still am. Have you ever considered therapy ? It can be so helpful to talk those feelings through with a professional. Another idea: I have recently taken up regular meditation with the help of an app, and I'm finding it helpful (it takes some weeks/months of practice for long-term effects to set in though). Meditation doesn't change the feelings you have, but it makes you view them in a different, more detached way and thus helps you not get caught up in them. You don't have to go through life being scared of it. Remember that.

I find it really sad that our collective societal attention span has become so low. News and opinions are condensed into 280 characters, the book industry has gone towards shorter books that immediately jump right into the action...but often a nuanced news report or a complex opinion or a good story take time to unfold. And a great song need not have its hook within the first five seconds, but sometimes takes its time to build up. People don't listen to entire albums anymore. Song doesn't grab us within the first five seconds ? Click, next....I could go on and on about it. The negative thing is that it inevitably leads to shallower but flashier content.
