1. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.
2.
3. Can't please all the people all the time.
4. I just died, reincarnated and came back to say this is/was effing beautiful. Would love to see something similar done again today.
5. Ok, you can't say EVERYONE. But yes, there are people out there who enjoy sipping on their Haterade while they post their negative comments. Maybe it makes them feel better about themselves or smarter for having an opposing opinion. Perhaps they're Hip hop-reggae-bluegrass enthusiasts who just don't feel that connection to Coldplay's sound. In the end, while it is important to be individual free thinkers, I am pretty sure there are more lovers of Coldplay than haters. Most Americans are lovers.... We're just too lazy to write about it.
6. Disagree. Coldplay has been continuously hitting high in the charts with every album. They are the biggest band in the WORLD, remember? And we have been following right along with the Brits. Don't forget latest album has been spiced with Beyoncé (American), a splash of Jay-Z (American) and and 1/4 cup Gwyneth P (American). And it's being performed at the biggest American sporting event. I'm thinking it may be an eye opener for the Brits? [emoji12]
7. Low (as I mentioned before) Daylight Swallowed by the sea
8. Yes! Low! I was hoping someone would mention Low.
9. http://youtu.be/WZEFrTqtOAA Here's the link. It was BBC Radio 1 with Grimmy. That particular story starts at around 8:40 but the whole thing is great. This was divided into 2 parts and the second is when Chris writes 3 songs out of the most boring tweets.

11. Chris in a recent interview said he was in an elevator singing/ humming an Ariande Grande (yes, Ariande) song when the woman standing 4 inches away from him (gasp) told him he should sing a Coldplay song because he looks just like a guy from Coldplay. Sigh, I'm so relieved to know that I'm not alone in this world when it comes to missed opportunities and recognizing people.
12. @LFDianne great telling of events. Felt like I was there!
13. Thank you for taking a the time to read it and the kind words.
14. Right around the time 'Ghost Stories' was released, people started talking about Chris Martin's marital break-up again.** It made total marketing sense to remind the public what emotions fueled the making of this album. This album wasn't a Coldplay collaboration. It was CM's heart under a microscope surrounded by his most important relationships, helping him grow from the experience. While all this is playing out over the radio, I managed to find the courage to leave MY English husband, who after three years of living in his home town, had increasingly become verbally and mentally abusive. After arriving back in the US, Magic came on. Although I heard this song many times before, this was the first time I actually listen to it. Everything about this song hit me like a punch to the heart. This singer… this guy shared his pain with the entire world. He didn’t die from his experience. He grew from it. Everything I worked so hard for, I gave up to return home. How do I rebuild my life and raise two children on my own? I started researching Coldplay. I watched every interview, concert and guest appearance I could find on the internet. I’ve connected to their social media and even joined the Coldplaying forum. Before I knew it, I was fangirling**over the band. I dropped 12 lbs (almost a stone) watching past concerts on youtube and dancing as if I was there. I used their words to help my daughter with her language arts studies. I used their melodies to help my younger child learn her multiplication tables. I use their interviews to motivate me and their actions to inspire me. Chris Martin’s willingness to share such a personal, private and painful moment with the world helped me to regain my strength and confidence. Yes, music has power but Coldplay, and all the relationships within the band, has made my world a better place.
15. I love me some CM as much the next person. BUT I don't feel the cut of these trousers accentuate his fine-ass figure. Am I alone in this?
