I had another one of these moments today. I usually have 1-2+ a week. This time I was getting into my car at a restaurant and I knew I was supposed to look at the car next to me and wonder if it belongs to my cousin even though I knew it didn't. I have a feeling that the dream it came from happened around 6 months ago.

Yeah! They only release a certain number of tickets for the presale. If you get in early enough, you should be able to get some tickets (hopefully those cheaper ones!) once the general sale starts.
