  1. Prospekt's March/Poppyfields.... OMG i love this OMG i love this
  2. The string work here is freaking amazing. This song sounds so different... holy I'm getting undescriptive, getting tired from typing so much :P
  3. Just noticed, getting very close to 3,000 posts! :D
  4. The rest of this song... this whole EP exposes how experimental Coldplay were in this era. From LiT ii to a quiiet piano ballad, to a soaring rock song, to this.. what is this??
  5. I think "Lhuna" is stranger :D The intro certainly is so weird tho. Never warmed up to it.
  6. I find it interesting, this song just goes on and on and doesn't seem to stop after all of that.. the outro finally. Perfect way to finish.
  7. The drumbeat and the guitar here is so... unpredictable. I love it! :D
  8. This chorus sounds so great! :D It's sad that Coldplay can't really write such different songs like this anymore. They still write great songs, but something from these days that we're listening to has obviously been lost. The songwriting in these days was just more open and better... I think that's it! The songwriting in these days was more "open" and "airy" yet today it sounds... I don't know how to explain it...
  9. Glass Of Water! This song was a lot faster then I thought it was... I thought it was a little slower actually. Interesting. I heard that Vocals are in 7/4... don't know if that's accurate but I don't even know how that'd be possible :P
  10. I like the first half especially. Sounds so nice...
  11. Postcards from Far Away... just :) Wish it were a little longer though... but it's perfect for an instrumental ! :D
  12. I sang along to that XD
  13. You know what now that you brought it up you're right!! I love how Chris Martin sings "Now My Feet Won't Touch The Ground" in this song... so much emotion put into it... he does it flawlessly! I love it! :D
  14. This song has a melody played by an instrument that I don't even know the name of. Goes to show how experimental they were in the Viva Era :P
  15. Life In Technicolor ii!
  16. Get your players ready!
  17. hm... what do you mean?
  18. Minute to go everyone ! :D
  19. The title track is my 7th fav Coldplay track of all time. It's freaking amazing. I think of it as the quiet, calm version of "Up With The Birds" :P
  20. Lol St. Stephen played for me after The Escapist :P
  21. We were lucky that it ended exactly on the minute. Makes things uncomplicated and easy. Now we all know that Viva la Vida is almost exactly 46 mins long (a little shorter) :P
  22. Alright! We have reached the end of album! It was great listening with all of you! :D So I suppose since it was almost exactly :46 at the time we ended we start again at :56? :D
  23. The way this ends with The Escapist is just so wonderful.... one of best outro's to Coldplay Album. I find it interesting that Jon Hopkin's Light Through The Veins or something like that is ... exactly the same idea... perrect.
  24. I love how we drift away on the same idea that we floated into the album's wide, magnificent, and experimental soundscape...
  25. The way this ends is perfect.... Can we just get rid of ths stupid limit already?????
