hey brian welcome to the board ;) the way you learned reminds me very much of my musical background. i went to the equivalent australian version (sydney conservatorium) and am currently doing masters for violin, and i have played piano for 6 years or so, but then switched to drums aswell! and then picked up guitar last about 3 years ago aswell :lol: it reminds me VERY much of your pattern of musical training. i've also started on my friends bass lately which makes it even scarier comparing everything to you! :lol:

Yeh, cos you always play out of tune :P . Why do we tune to oboes anyway? should be clarinets. (not that im biased) But I think we all have to agree: the best instrument in the orchestra is the bass trombone. Its only just legal. they tried to get it banned at the geneva convention, but to no avail. :lol: aww poor things. personally i am a HUGEEE fan of the trumpet. next thing on my list to learn. mums going to kill me from all the things i have learnt and want to learn :stunned:

apocalypse please is my fav from absolut for the moment. we played this song at our year presentation day, but we had to change the title cos it's a bit ... dark and we go to a catholic school... and singing about the apocalypse isn't the school's cup of tea :cool: i can't even remember what we changed the title to. :rolleyes: :lol:
