true, it sounds different the first time you hear, if you listen to it superficially. but when you listen to it again... i don't know, it just sounds so muse-like, that i can't remember what muse was like without this album. it's a weird feeling :laugh1:

i loved this butterflies and hurricanes versions but i just think the guitar detracts from the beauty of the song. i mean the beauty lies in the piano for this piece... and how it is complimented so well by dom's drumming and chris's wonderful bass lines. the whole piano solo, that's where the amazing part of the song is, it's supposed to be the whole climatic point in the piece, but it's kind of stripped away by the guitar... in my opinion...

what the heck, i can't not post dom in this thread. i honestly believe he is one of the best looking males i've ever seen in my whole entire life. in determining someones looks, hmmm. i always consider their hair, and eyes are also important. dom has amazing eyes and his hair looks sexy whether it be blonde, dark brown, medium brown, long, messy/scrawny, combed over, short. everything. and also fashion sense dom has an unbelievable fashion sense.

mmm i'm trying not to post much here but i'll make this post an exception. i see what you mean jules, my older brother is the exact same. he's 25 this year and he still lives here with us. all the big arguments start between him, and then end up between my parents. then my other brother would come in to stop my parents, and then i would have to come in to stop everyone else. when we ask him to stop his ways, and stop wasting his life, cancelling work basically everyday, doing pot everynight, then coming home at 3am, 4am, and he would shout like a mad person. and when you asked him to change his ways, he would get so angry, that there's been several times where he's punched holes in the walls. he's broken 4 doors in the house, broken the front window, just he can be a really horrible person. the police had come to our house 3 times, to do with charges people had put on him, and i know that feeling of feeling so drained, and stressed. i'm not going to go into detail about everything here, but this is ust the basic gist. my friends also were not there for me when i needed them most, during this time, and it just made me see things in a whole new light. so basically the point of my rambling, is that: at the end of they day, you gotta be able to find strength inside yourself. it can be difficult i know, but the one person you can rely on, is yourself. there is noone else in the world that you can really look at and say "they will be there for you no matter what". if your sister continues this and you get these depressive moments, the best thing is to look to yourself for strength. or even look to your little sister. you seem to have a good relationship with her, and even if you don't want to necesarilly talk about it, she may appreciate it, because she may feel the same strains on herself, as you do. or maybe spend more time with her just taking time out together. because i don't think other people around you would understand, unless they are directly affected aswell. maybe your mum could be someone you could talk to more. but for me, i know it wasn't really a great thing to talk to my mum about this all because she was too stressed and anxious about it all, herself. hope everything clears up :nice:
