Why are comments disabled in youtube?

Yeah, and let's not forget about pitchfork. They rated Mylo Xyloto higher than any coldplay album. I love Mylo Xyloto, but I don't think it's better than VLVODAAHF or AROBTTH. Rolling Stone has been the most accurate for coldplay albums in my opinion, but I don't like their conservative bias. They only like to praise old artists.

Can anyone tell me with details why 'X Marks The Spot' is so awful? I haven't heard it. I want a description of the song.

Some people in this forum are so close minded about pop music and electronic sounds that it makes me scary. Anyways....about the song, I dare to say Everglow is one of their best ballads since X&Y. It's way better than Amazing Day, which I thought was very average.

I remember when before viva la vida came out, chris said that the album was going to have latin american influences. None of the songs sounded anything like music from my culture lol. VLVODAAHF has more asian instruments as a matter of fact. I think just because a song or an album is said to be influenced by a specific culture, it doesn't necessarily mean that it will sound like a specific genre from that culture or using certain instruments. Anything can inspire writing songs. Viva La Vida was inspired by a Frida Kahlo painting. The title is in spanish, and a lot of songs from that album have a church feel that were inspired from cathedrals in latin america. But the songs don't sound like 'salsa' music or 'mariachi'.

I'm loving the album. I haven't heard the snippets because I want to wait until the album gets released, but from what I've heard, this could be their best album in years. Adventure Of A Lifetime is their best lead single since 'Violet hill".... this song is pop perfection! I can't wait to hear HFTW. Hopefully it beats Rihanna's collaboration. I don't have anything against her. It's just that the song is not impressive enough.
