I will speak for my country, the mail here, especially in December, is very slow. The website is merely for vague information, never accurate. 99% of the time parcels do not get lost but get delivered very late. The only choice is to be patient.

No idea a where on earth they're shipping from, yesterday (1U$ off cyber Monday sale) I attempted to get the famous rainbow pencils, $8 dollars for the box and $6.99 for shipping in th US! If I had them shipped to Mexico it would be $15 dollars on top of the $8. Forget it, I'll figure out how to make them by myself!
