  1. hi everyone! nice pic julia!
  2. can't you just add liverpool as an option? i'm not sure if that works though, i never made a poll. anyway most of me friend from there would love you for forgetting them. lol
  3. at least there are many places young people can go. i mean when i think about where i lived there werent any youth clubs where you could go after school. they were only opened at the weekend and friday night. when i worked for a youth club in liverpool i realised how important they are for kids over there. they usually came after school at about four o'clock and stayed till late. most of them kids grew up with a single mother and their mum works all day, so its understandable that they dont go home after school.
  4. Happy Birthday Sam!
  5. yeah What time did you get up today?
  6. nope. it's not only their fault though. i sometimes helped a friend's daughter doing her homework and its weird how little kids learn in them schools. and she actually understood things really quick once someone explained it to her.
  7. the kids i worked with all had to learn a foreign language and they didnt go to private schools or anything.
  8. its getting ridiculous. you call someone an idiot in jest, thats different obviously. but thats not what you did you insulted someone and then you said that you're sorry for them that they are the way they are. now dont you think that sounded a little arrogant? and believe me you dont have to feel underrated to treat others with respect.
  9. well i obviously think that i know better if i say that. i'm not trying to attack you or anything. your post abour rick, marek and whoever you were talking about annoyed me, that's all.
  10. It's not about me. If you say someone is 'incredibly dumb' you don't feel superior to them, no?
  11. Liverpool aren't even on the list.
  12. Alright, well didnt mean that you should meet them obviously you dont wanna meet people you dont get on. All that I meant is that you can easily get a wrong impression if you only know them from a message board. The same goes for the people you like but I do think you should be a bit more careful when it comes to insulting people. I haven't seen them doing this, if they have I don't see any difference. And nope I'm not trying to sound smart or anything when writing this. People who try to show that they're superior happen to annoy me. And I doubt I'm the only one who feels like this. Some of your posts do sound pretty arrogant to me. But then again, I'm not saying you are.
  13. there are people who do make annoying posts but you can hardly judge them if you never met them. just because they like to write so-called stupid things doesn't mean they wouldn't actually be able to discuss a serious topic. i wouldn't know, so i wouldn't make this kind of comments. i sometimes get the imperssion that you feel superior to most people on here when i read your posts.
  14. why do you offend you hardly know people in that way?
  15. no, please dont stop now that it's getting exciting.
  16. Yeah I understad that. That's probably because it's at the other end of the world and completely different. There's loads of Swiss people who wanna go to Australia or New Zealand, probably for the same reasons.
  17. Which places did they show? The places where I lived weren't intersting at all. The mountains are great for skiing and there's a few nice cities but apart from that, there's not much to see.
  18. well i thought so. :embarassed:
  19. tell me about it. i'm so happy!!!!
  20. has it something to do with that woman you met the other day? :\
  21. happend? :embarassed:
  22. Ireland must be lovely and it's not very expensive to get there if you live in England so I'll probably go next year!
  23. and i dont even have to pay. read my entry in my blog and you'll know. ;)
  24. If you could go anywhere, where would you like to go? I was just wondering. We were just discussing that because I have the opportunity to go to the USA this christmas. I never thought I'd ever go there but you never know. Me friend's so jealous now... I've never been outside Europe and I'm so excited. Even though I'm very afraid of flying.:embarassed: But if I could go anywhere I'd go to Jamaica definitely. I would love to go to Brazil and Argentina as well. And Japan. And so many other places...
