hey Starfish42...fortunately the 1st two concerts that were postponed were early in the tour and their was some flexibility in their scheduling. with this being the last official tour date in the USA and with them starting their European leg next week I think it's unfortunately unlikely they will play here any time soon! ;-( it's weird how Tampa now has been part of a couple of postponements (both due to illness) but once you look at how hard these guys tour...you just have to pray they are close to 100% by the time they visit your city. i had a weird feeling something might happen to the Tampa gig since it was the last stop...i was hoping they would play some classics mixed in with the updated setlist (since I saw them in Ohio last year) they have been playing..and i feel once they will reschedule...they will do something special for the Tampa fans. (A few years ago they posted a thank you note to the fans at the venue and even came out an hour or so between opening acts to apologize for canceling the first time!) hope that helps..i cross my fingers a miracle happens this week..but i just don't see it happening!

No problem MartinFan...just post an update as soon as you hear of something! i just want to make sure i can make the next show!! i was so pumped for tonight since it was their last official USA date...bummer!

thanks for all the updates guys. it's been awhile since i've been on the site. For me...this is the 2nd time they have rescheduled Tampa (fortunately i had seen them the week before in NYC and did notice Chris struggling with his voice at that show a few years ago). It looks tough to have the make-up show before the overseas leg of the tour begins. I guess keep the updates coming and I'll be checking out the site a little bit more. Maybe when they do the make-up show they will play more songs along with the usual setlist!! that would be so nice!

so will anyone try the ticketmaster route tomorrow as well? i fear the seats will be in the same area...sections 13 to 15...are in the middle...after general admission and before the lawn..saw radiohead last may there...and the seats were so so...

just looked it up...got worked...wow....how do you get better seats when you already drop 97 bucks per ticket? not cool

i got 2 for section 13 in tampa...i hope i didn't just get worked?? good luck today and tomorrow....not a fan of LiveNation...!!

thanks guys for the tips..just got my floor seats to the Cleveland show! I live in Florida but won't be able to see them in November..so I figure I go to Cleveland..visit my relatives..and still see Coldplay! Yes! good luck!

Hey MafHoney... I am in Florida too and have seen Coldplay 4 times...once in NYC and 3 times in Florida. From the past tours....Coldplay usually tours Florida after the first of the year....usually beginning in February or March. Just be patient....those dates (probably West Palm, Tampa, and Orlando) should be in the mix! Good luck! sam - gainesville

hello NM...hope you have a safe trip across the pond and I hope your experience in Orlando is a good one...! If you leave by 6 pm from the airport with your hired car..you should be fine. It shouldn't be more than 30 minutes or so to get the TD Waterhouse and parking is all around the Centroplex. I will be driving 2 hours to see them (for the 3rd time!) and plan to arrive around that time as well. if you have any further questions...feel free to ask! sam gainesville, florida

yo clockpolitiks...was at the show last night as well....loved the lights and the drop down screen effects..hopefully coldplay will kinda incorporate that too..hope to see them both in orlando and tampa!

hey again steph...thanks for your opinions and getting the word out....the thing is ...the ashlee song will never be released as a single...so my guess coldplay's management wouldn't even bother....i wonder if on ashlee's album their is some sort of credit for that song given to the producer of X and Y? sam florida, usa
