Linkin Park made Jay-Z's songs a million times better. 99 Problems absolutely sucked, and then when it was mixed with Points of Authority and One Step Closer, I just completely got hooked on the song! But honestly, rap is only good if you hear it once in a while. Otherwise I just can't stand it.

Most of Weezer's best songs aren't singles. For anyone who's ever heard My Name Is Jonas before, then you know exactly what Weezer is like at their prime.

Judging by what I've read in this topic, it seems that you can either like only Green Eyes, or only A Whisper, never both. :lol: Anyway, I like A Whisper better because personally I think Coldplay does better rocking out than just putting people to sleep on the acoustic.

speed of sound, low, what if, and fix you, you dumbnuts. :lol: those are the only probable singles anyway. a message, white shadows, and talk are all probably just going to be fan faves!

Definitely 4......they've done it for both Parachutes, and AROBTTH, so there's no reason for them not to. Besides, there are so many different potential singles that even 4 wouldn't be enough. If they had 5, that would be legenary. :lol:

Well, they're hoping it's gonna outsell AROBTTH, which, unless they can really pull out some masterpieces, isn't likely to happen. Besides, I know of a lot of people who stopped liking Coldplay because of how long X&Y took to be made and that Speed of Sound was, to them anyway, a disappointment. If What If doesn't pick up the slack, then X&Y may only do as well as Parachutes. It's not about Coldplay anymore, this is EMI's survival.

I wasn't literally saying the MOST anticipated. I'm just saying, there's so much hype for this album that I'm really nervous it's gonna be a bust. And EMI is counting on this album to sell!

Well, there is no Coldplay song that we know of called Love. It hasn't been a rumored B-Side or anything. So I'm just ASSUMING he meant Low, because it only makes sense.

But if what Chris says is true, then that means we add Low to the long list of possible/probable singles. Which basically means Talk AND White Shadows are now unlikely candidates. Wow. I don't think any album has ever been as anticipated as this one.

It says that Chris told the crowd that their new single is going to be Love, apparently "orgasm-inducing". Now, as we all know, there is no song on X&Y called Love. But maybe it could have been a typo for the song Low. If this is true, that means that I'm going to be even more confused about the album's potential singles than ever! :lol:

parachutes is raw emotion, AROBTTH is more refined and (yes, i'll take it this far) deeper.

ya i know raceld, just wait a little longer. the live version sucks and it'll definitely ruin your excitement somewhat.

i live in toronto too but i decided not to even bother trying for tickets. i'll wait till they come to toronto on their world tour, when their really ready to rock and not just warming up.
