  1. Doing something in life that you enjoy and are interested in will give you a meaning to your life. I know it probably sounds drastic but changing career might be a good thing. Because continuing doing something that you don't really like anymore will just negatively affect your mindset and health even more :/ Right now that I have holidays, my friends and cycling give me meaning to wake up. But in the long term knowing that I'm going to be studying something I am really interested in and that will be challenging, gives me meaning. Idk there is no goal really but if there was one, I think it would be to successfully make whatever mark you want on this world.
  2. Yeah I know it is a stretch of time but how about the 17th/18th? (day will depend on timezones and when people are available :') oh man I hate timezones sometimes lol).
  3. I think the final year of high school (year 12 here) is like that everywhere. You are made to think that it is the most important thing in your life, when really it isn't... But I'm glad I put the effort in. Not because of the end result but because of all the stuff I learnt along the way. But yeah good luck with your exams, just try and keep the nerves in check and remind yourself that you'll just give it your best shot and go from there :)

  5. Sag dass du mich liebst, wenn nicht dann Lüge zu mir, oh Lüge zu mir. Bones sinking like stones, all that we fought for.
  6. Yeah I agree but Will can certainly have his times where he is pretty emotionally expressive. But compared to Chris, he is a lot more level headed and chilled. He seems like the kinda guy who really thinks about decisions without just impulsively acting on whatever he feels at the time. I.e. he can actually control his emotions... Sometimes I wish I could control mine a bit better as well...
  7. Yeah I'll see how I go since I'll probably be out in the bush somewhere camping then/heading back home. But yeah don't worry about it, since it sounds like you guys have found a time that suits most of you
  8. You cut me down to size and opened up my eyes.
  9. Revolutionäre warten für meinen Kopf auf einem Silberen Teller So I crawl back into your open arms.

  11. Fish don't have hair... Yet... Classic Will. Yeah I see what you mean about that. Hmmm I don't know anymore, I think I'll wait and see what somebody else thinks as well
  12. I drew a line,I drew a line for you.
  13. @guy42 do you mean EDT or EST because I think the time zone they're in right now is EST. I'm so sorry but I am not sure if I can make it either I forgot just how big the timezone differences were (i.e. 9am EST =12am AEST) and I have to be at uni early the next day. Then I also forgot about this overnight camping trip I am going on, the day before, so I couldn't even do Feb11 now :/

    Hey
  15. Yeah thank you for understanding :) and your English is great, a friend from Germany said the same thing about her English but it is honestly better than mine ahahaha. It is really cool that even though you are writing Dutch, I can kinda piece the sentence together (sometimes) because of my knowledge of German. Manchmal will ich es langsamer gehen. and now: Stuck here in the middle of nowhere.
  16. I think observant because Chris, at least, calls him like the grounding member of the band that rationalises ideas and often has the final say on decisions.
  17. I love it when I forget to check if we are actually on the next page or not :P Anyway yeah, I am Australian however my mum is from Germany and I've learnt German and stayed in Germany for 3 months, so I can speak it conversationally (still make grammatical errors though). I hope I can go back soon though, I really felt like Germany was a second home to me, for the time I spent there. Anyway I think it might be fun practicing some German here. Vögel fliegen am Geschwindigkeit von Schall (Ich habe ein bisschen Angst dass ich viele Fehler machen werde. Vielleicht sollte ich nur Schallgeschwindigkeit sagen...). Don't take my translations too seriously lol. From underneath the rubble sing a rebel song.
  18. Yeah nah, nobody is trying to point you out or anything, we are all just a bit curious (at least I am...), and that was in your past. But yeah if you put it that way it does make sense, that you are coming from a more unsure angle than a "I hate these people of this skin colour because that's what I have grown up believing" point of view.

  21. Yeah I was kinda taken back by that as well. Some people you would have had to be around, who gave you that impression, must of been just plain awful. I guess I am kinda the same as tov1988, living in Australia is pretty much living in a multicultural world. You interact with people from different backgrounds and places everyday, everywhere you go.
