of course its possible to lose weight eating anywhere. She was only eating 2000 calories. The other one was only eating 1400 calories. For men, doctors recommend 2550 calories for men, and thats based on a low activity lifestyle. For women, 1940 calories. She doesn't say how many meals she ate, what she was eating, and if she had dessert. Plus, she says that she ate off their healthy menu, whereas Spurlock had to eat everything on their menu at least once. Of course you'll lose weight if you only eat salad for 3 months. And of course, McDonalds food doesn't contain nearly enough vitamins and minerals. She might've lost weight, but her body will be fucked.
