I 'm also going to Wembley on the 31st and frankly I'm a little disappointed in them. Apart from a few Moon Music songs the set list is very much the same from 3 years ago. I really don't understand why you would do a "record breaking" 10 nights at Wembley without offering the audience something a little different and changing it up a bit. We still haven't had IAAM live which I still can't get my head around, Jupiter or One World, they could do something with "Shine On" that they were dropping hints on nearly a year ago and have sound checked M.u.s.i.c which could be a great surprise for everyone. i'm struggling to see how they can keep this format going for 360 performances, it is far to "samey" and even they must be getting a little tired of it after 220 odd performances. I'm actually beginning to think that 360 must refer to The Sphere in Las Vegas, I can't believe they'll keep this up for 2 more years...

I think Chris is singing the whole thing in Italian. "Spirito de Santo" is "Holy Ghost"

It's a great song and while I understand everyone has different tastes I don't quite understand some of the criticism. Some of my favourite groups are Keane and Radiohead and yet you can honestly say that the music they produce could be on the first or last album due to how similar much of their sounds are. You can't say that about Coldplay. They are always trying something new and original, pushing the boundaries and I for one am glad of it!

I really don't understand this ongoing fascination with "Life is Beautiful"? It is a way below average song from Coldplay with lyrics that seem to have been thrown together by Chris Martin 30 minutes before they went on and performed live (was it San Diego?). The band obviously thought the same as they pulled the song apart and used elements of it in "Humankind" and "Infinity Sign". There is plenty more much better unreleased stuff out there so move on and put it in the recycle bin which is what Coldplay did with it

It's still all part of the Music of the Spheres thing and it looks as though they're continuing to tour in 2025

Very strong rumour that Coldplay are playing a 10 show residency at Wembley Stadium in October to promote Moon Music. All the dates fit for Coldplay and Wembley. Starting to appear in English media outlets

Deserter and Mining on the Moon are real. There are snippets of Deserter on You Tube and a very poor quality section of the song Mining on the Moon on the Chinese music/video site Bilibili. As for Runaway Galaxy never heard of it!

Zzz. So originally The Race had become Good Feelings, now it's just the instrumental break has become part of Good Feelings. I think I just saw a pig flying past my bedroom window and I presume your "mate" was a sound engineer during the recording session 😂

Very doubtful. The lyrics for "Good Feelings" are on Genius and unless someone has made them up i just can't see how they would fit into "The Race" instrumental. It looks like a completely different song

Completely agree, don't see the problem. Pink Floyd and Genesis both managed to comfortably slot in long songs to their sets. We really don't need to hear "In My Place", "God Put a Smile Upon Your Face", etc, they've been done to death. "Hymn for The Weekend" can go as well and "Let Somebody Go" really only works as a duet. Losing these would open up plenty of space, everyone wants "Coloratura" so let's have it please. And as this space has been freed up why not have "I Ran Away" as well or something else from leftfield such as Brothers and Sisters, Twisted Logic, etc ! 🙂

Highly doubtful. While i accept it's 12 albums and that's it, Chris Martin will continue to be a prolific songwriter (McCartney., Plant, Bowie, etc, never stopped), as he keeps saying "he doesn't know where songs come from but they just come through him". He either sits on them (no), does some solo stuff (always said he won't), gives them to other artists (possible but more likely he will want them) or release them through Coldplay. If they are going to continue to tour I would expect them to add new songs occasionally to keep things fresh or they would probably feel they're short changing their fans if they didn't. So i would expect digital downloads, EP's etc in the future to compliment tours rather than the investment in time and creativity that albums require.

Quietly hoping that Alien Radio is a slightly different thing from Music of the Spheres. Full version of Legends appeared this morning on You Tube as part of Alien Radio. Possibly a different track released in this format everyday in the run up to the release of new album. This would involve songs we already know or have heard of and be an updated version or as in the case of Legends and Adventure of a Lifetime the songs sound in it's infancy. We already know about us against the world and u.f.o. and they also registered ode to deodorant on ASCAP recently, so tomorrow might be interesting and to see if Alien Radio puts out something else...?
