and reading the comments on the first blog, might be worth contacting the company who's free software you were trying to download in the first place. they may be able to do something about the site.

I'd also consider talking to the german consumer council who seem to be aware of the problem.

whether Daniel was born on the island all hinges on when Eloise left the island. the island is due to be evacuated when Ben is a child, but she's with the Others so is unlikely to have left at the same time. Widmore doesn't officially leave the island until adult Ben sends him away. Penny was born/conceived on one of the illegal trips away that give Ben the reason to exile him. I don't see how they can charge you for free software, which means the terms & conditions probably say its a membership fee or something like that. to be honest, as cross as your parents might be, getting them in to help you sort it out now may well be for the best. when my parents were away years ago, the toilet broke. i called a plumber from the yellow pages who came out, said he couldn't fix it without pulling the tiles off, it would cost £40 an hour, and he'd come back, and that if diodn't go ahead would still charge for the first visit. I talked to my Grandpa about it, who saw it for the con it was, rang the plumber, and the plumber never came back or asked for the money.

The Oracle replies: No you don't need permission. Here in the U.K bands have to submit a set list of the songs they play to the venue so that if any covers are performed, the original artist will receive some money under a blanket PRS (Performing Rights Society) agreement. Any venue that plays recorded or live music pay for a music license that allows the monitoring of who and what gets played where and when.

Why do we get Pete Yorn as an opener on May 17 when everyone else gets Snow Patrol, Amadou and Mariam and Elbow? Those guys are awesome! Pete Yorn sucks. The Oracle replies: Coldplay LOVE Atlanta and have had an interesting history whenever they have played there. Each to their own but I am personally sick that we're not getting Pete Yorn in the U.K as I think he's great. I've not seen him play live for over 5 years! sheesh some people are so impatient! just because he doesn't reply right away doesn't mean he's ignoring you. he actually works for a living as well as running this place, and has a lot of things on the go which will benefit the community as a whole and not just an individual. :rolleyes:
