  1. We did, but I guess sometimes fate works in weird ways, huh? And Nathan's the name of my conscience, so I can't name my kid that.
  2. So I've been sorta keeping a secret (well, I haven't, I just haven't told anyone from here about it), but basically, a girl at University I had a one night stand with is pregnant with my baby. This was about 9 weeks ago now so we don't know the sex of the baby yet but we're starting to get over the shock and get into the excitement. I know it's early but whenever in the past I've daydreamt about having kids, I've never been able to settle on the names for them, so I'm trying to get a headstart. I don't wanna be sitting down to dinner one night and hearing "So I have the perfect name for our baby and nothing you can say will change my mind!" We're dating now, by the way. I know, it's a rough way to start a relationship but I'm trying to stay positive, my last relationship started very calmly and if you know me well at all, you know how that turned out. So, any suggestions? :D

    it's true.
  8. ooooh! you look as annoying as your posts make me imagine you!
  9. mc squared is mean. and racist. and unoriginal!
  10. if a girl was taller than me, i'd seriously worry about it.
  11. i don't go anywhere outside of the lounge, but i'm seeing usual suspects everywhere. little baby suspects everywhere. i knew rolle got around but she's popping out more usual suspects than i ever expected.
  12. so by this logic can we have nathan back and then if people don't like his posts, they can ignore him, and the people who did enjoy his posts can have some fun on this forum once again?
  13. Oh, so sharp!
  14. I have to admit, after all this build up, this is all he could come up with for a first post in this thread? Disappointing...
  15. So you're saying since I'm doing something bad, you can do it too? And then you complain about me doing it? Fact is, you've never told me to stop. If you or anyone in power (Ian, Jen, mods) said to me "Jack, stop the Mark baiting, he doesn't like it and it's offensive" I'd stop. It's only fun for me up until the point you stop reacting. If you start taking genuine offence to my jokes against you, and say this to me, then my fun is over. You've never said to me that you wanted me to stop. Instead, you've responded to my threads with equal aggression to which you've been exposed because of me. James, Rick and Briggins haven't done that at all. And the difference is they've asked you to stop. As I understand it, Ian's also had a word in your ear about it too. So it's about time you stopped defending yourself, admit you're wrong in this case, and shut up with the racist jokes. They're not funny. And if you want me to stop what I'm doing, stop insulting my friends and tell me straight, instead of just arguing back and then complaining about what I'm doing.
  16. But, when someone says "don't insult me personally based on where I come from because I class it as abuse and don't like it" and you don't, then you're just lacking qualities as a human being.
  17. hahahah most truthful post everrrrrr!
  18. We don't have the man power to keep that up. 45,501 threads like this would be insane.
  19. I find it funny that, and excuse me if I get a little personal here, the middle aged teacher is making sarcastic comments about a 20 year old student not being on the internet to argue with him at 11pm. Poor me for having a life, Mark. I think the only time you're not on this forum is between 9am and 3pm. Next time I'll tell my friends that I can't go out because I have to defend myself on the internet! Hell, you've probably scored about 3000 posts since I left last night... But never the less, I've spoken to people about your racism, Mark. And you show no signs of stopping it so there we go. I guess all that's left is for the people who oppose it to report all of the posts with racial intent?
  20. 1. The title has nothing to do with whether I thought you'd get any votes or not. Do you think reasonably I could expect EVERYONE to hate your jokes? No. I just wanted to openly state how awful I thought that particular joke was and wanted people to agree with me. 13 people did. 2. You're not winning. Look at the public votes. I stated in the first post that I did this to stop people either side voting more than once. Nearly half (7 out of 15) of your votes were anonymous. That means whoever voted wasn't logged in. So they're not even counted as a member. That's fair enough, right? I've not said "YEAH I'M WINNING" or gloated about the result, so please, don't. Because you know the 15 to 14 score is untruthful. And everyone else knows, so save yourself the embarassment.
  21. 14 to 8... That's good enough for me. I didn't expect a unanimous thing.
  22. Well, considering when you click on the public results of the poll, it shows only 8 names who voted Yes, you discount all others. So no, not really. It just shows that you had to log out and invisibly answer the poll to make it even. I stand by my point, more people find it a bad joke than people find it a good joke. That's all my point was. That it wasn't just us "usual suspects" who didn't like his humour.
