its ok. the only reason i quite was b/c of all those people dying from lung cancer lately. it scares the crap put of me, believe me cancer is not fun. DOn't get me wrong it is so hard at times but its better.

wooohoo a week and a half!!! it was so hard yesterday cause i went to a bar and like everyone smokes. but i was strong. Ok so how ironic is this just listening to steve lamaq and found out guy can run 6 miles. and we all know he is a smoker. crazy.

And he said he ran 6 miles :o . which is amazing i think espically for a smoker.
